Dr. Karin A. Kennedy, 48, of Hixson passed away on Monday, January 2, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen G. Trageser, and her parents Dr. Jack and Carolyn Kennedy. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School class of 1986. She went to medical school in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon returning to Chattanooga she opened her practice with her father. Karin was loved by so many.
She is survived by her sister, Cheryl K. Phillips; uncle and aunt, Al and Sandra Kennedy.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 10th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson.
