He is survived by his parents, Joshua and Alicia Blevins, grandparents, Rusty and Allison Blevins and Sandy Freeman.
The family will receive friends from 2-6 Friday, March 31, 2017 at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be 6:00 Friday at the funeral home with Reverend James Petty officiating.
