RITA L. (MORRIS) SIZER HAMMOND, IN Rita L. (Morris) Sizer, age 74 of Hammond, IN, died at Community Hospital, Munster, IN on September 1, 2011 with her family by her side. Rita was born in East Chicago, IN, to parents: Harry C. and Lucille Morris on August 16, 1937. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Sizer; parents; and brother, Harold. She is survived by her brothers: Harry (Audry) Morris and Ronald (Cathie) Morris; aunts; uncles; many nieces; nephews; and very special friend, Faye Jacks. She was a member of the Crown Point Church of Christ. Rita was an avid animal lover, she retired from Azcon in Chicago, IL. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 10:30 AM at Kuiper Funeral Home with Preacher Jeff Collett officiating. Burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 6, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Rd. (two blocks south of Ridge Rd.) Highland, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice of the Calumet Area would be appreciated.
