Beth Ann Allen

Beth Allen (Newland) 59 of Griffith,IN passed away Jan. 19th, 2018. She is survived by her husband Steve Allen, daughter Michelle(Josh) Nagy, grandson Brandon, Sister Sheri(Ben) Gonzales, two brothers Scott and Rick Newland, Nieces and Nephews; Terry Barbara, Nick Newland, Erica(Heath) Boone, Eric and Chris Newland. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard and Patricia Newland, sister Trisha and brother Bob Newland. She proudly served in the Navy. She was a care giver to her father, brother Scott and niece Terry. She was a waitress that worked at various restaurants throughout NW Indiana picking up the nickname Smiley by her customers. She enjoyed shooting pool, listening to music and being at the beach. She had a heart of gold and a smile that would light a room. She will be greatly missed. Upon her wishes there will be no service.
