William Brad "Brad" Ingram

He was born in Forsyth County, NC on December 9, 1956, the son of Nicholas Jasper Ingram and Phyllis Shelton Ingram who preceded him in death. Brad retired from Roadway Express after 35 years of service as a union truck driver. That he was very proud of his individual driving record with over a million miles accident free as a commercial truck driver. He was a faithful member of Green Street Baptist Church.

Brad is survived by his loving wife Tina Childress Ingram; son, Nicholas Ray Ingram (Shannon); daughter, Randi Childress Hicks (Kevin); grandchildren, Konor Allen Morgan, Grayson Cole Hicks, Peyton “Pickle” Hicks; aunts, Nancy Ingram, Ruth Ingram Dean, Mary Ingram French & Aunt Polly Ingram Robertson,; uncles, Clay Shelton, Brack Ingram & Walter Ingram; and his beloved dog Gracie Ingram.

Brad loved driving a truck, it was all he ever wanted to do. He loved traveling to Florida and traveling by Amtrak. He especially loved spending time with his grandkids. He enjoyed people watching. He loved the flea market and dog track in Daytona. He loved long talks with his wife and eating her cooking. He vowed not to leave this earth until he was able to vote for Donald Trump.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at Sechrest Funeral Service of High Point with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Entombment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
