I will always remember Paul as a good friend and very interesting human being.  We spent many hours together here at River Landing and developed a scrap book on his life.  He loved life and even though he suffered many ailments, he had a long and significant life-span of more than 101 years.  He loved to hunt and fish and was good at it.  He was a successful salesman of optical equipment and eyeglasses.  He was a talented cartoonist.  He loved exploring and collecting Indian arrowheads, etc..  He also had at one time quite a collection of fire arms.  He might have enjoyed being an archaeologist.  He was an only child and had no children of his own.  River Landing is like family for him.
