Michael Gulledge, 32, passed away Friday December 5, 2014 at his residence.
Michael was born October 4, 1982 in Thomasville, NC. Michael was a United States Marine Corp Veteran, stationed with the Second Battalion 6th Marine Regiment, serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to his military service he was active in sports in little league thru high school. He was currently employed at Peter's Auto.
He is survived by his wife Marcia Gulledge of the home; son Johnathan Gulledge and his step daughter Carmen Tomlin; mother Debbie Kuykendall; father Mike Gulledge (Sandy); sister Candi Gulledge; paternal grandmother Bobbie Bibeau; paternal great grandmother, Beulah Russ; father and mother in law, Joe and Susan Potts; special uncle Tim Gulledge and numerous other family members.
A Celebration of Michael’s Life will be held Thursday at 8 p.m. in the Davis Funerals & Cremations Chapel by Pastor Billy Myers. Burial with military honors will be held Friday at 12 noon in Salisbury National Cemetery.
