Thank you to all who took the time to share about Reny.  He was the most amazing son. Not many mothers are blessed as I was...am...with such a human.  The pain cannot be described...your words hit very deep within my soul and I am happy that you've described him as we saw him!  He was an absolute amazing person and an incredible father! Thank you again for sharing with us your love for him and I welcome any other memories you wish to share.

I have too many positive memories of Reny to list! I will always remember his smile, laugh and how he impacted everyone around him in a positive way.  

Reni was a truly special man to myself and most of the Spokane office. He brought with him knowledge, patience, a beautiful smile, a contagious laugh, a wonderful sense of humor, and a solution to anything you could throw at him. His family meant everything to him, and his face would sparkle when he spoke about his wife and children. The world lost a shining star with Reni. My heart goes out to his friends and family. He will never be forgotten. 

Oh that smile! You were a special person to many and will be missed by all.  

More than anything I wish that I got to say Thankyou. For two years Reniel was more than my supervisor, he was my my mentor and my friend. No matter how stressful the situation he was always understanding, level headed, cool and calculated. Everyday with Reniel it seemed like I could learn something new and I often did. Mentally he was  heads above everyone else in the room and he knew it, seeing things before anyone else could. There was never a time that Reniel didn’t show compassion, respect and care for those around him and those he dealt with when the situation called for it. In the time I knew him I got watch his impact on countless people and everyone  around him knew him for just that. No matter how tense or stressful something was Reniel knew how to get a laugh and smile in at just the right moments.  Reniel was simply one the best parts of my day, as he was for many others. I will cherish every moment I spent with Reniel, and every piece of humor, wit, wisdom and knowledge that he left with me. He’s on a “new level”.

You are the man Reniel and will be missed my friend. 

Reni was a great friend and co-worker. Reni and his family became one of the many "Spokane" transplants, who became family. I remember when Reni and Kim bought their house in Idaho, how he was excited about the renovations that were going on. We had many get-togethers, BBQs, and even a surprise baby shower while Reni and his family were in Spokane.  His sense of humor and dedication to his family was above all else.  He will be missed by many.
