I may not have known Brooke very well but I know that she was incredibly kind and cared for everyone. Brooke was an outstanding person with so much ahead of her, and I know that Brooke’s family and best friends won’t forget any of the amazing memories they got to create with her. I pray that everyone around her and especially her friends that were closest to her are okay and doing what they need to do, to try and get through an unimaginably difficult time. My thoughts and prayers. I will never forget the awesome pre prom party you threw!

Although we were never blessed with getting to truly know this Angel as you have, her message to appreciate every day, persevere to reach your dreams and enjoy the feel of being loved by all, are daily reminders for those who she left behind. I did not know Brooke but knew her Dad from work. I remember his grin from ear to ear when she was born - he was so over the top proud. She has that same grin. 

From reading the memories of others, you both  raised an amazing young lady, full of love, laughter, and kindness.  

Words cannot begin to express  my deepest sympathy to your family and Brooke’s friends.

Brooke lived right next to me, and she was such an amazing person to get to know. She was a breath of fresh air and a true presence in the Mahoney dorm. Everyone loved her and she was truly a kind, loving, funny, and a great person. Sending much love to her family, she will be forever missed.

Children should never go before their parents. When it happens, Rabbis and Priests are never able to explain why.

There are no words to express the deepest sympathy I felt when
Richard told me about the passing of your Daughter Brook who
had so much to achieve with her life.  I remember being at Richard's 
pool one summer day and I had to give Brooke a dollar for every
hot dog she had to eat. It's one thing that all of us face eventually
is saying  good by to our parents but not to a child who had so much
to look forward to in her young life. Matt & Jill  are two most beautiful
people I have ever met and my thoughts and prays go out to you from
the bottom of my heart.  I know God will take good care of her in her
new journey.

I am so sorry for your loss. Brooke was such a special soul. I only met her a few times, but she talked to me when I did not know anyone and was such a light. I never will forget her and how sweet she was, and how much positivity she spread despite how much she had been through. Sending love and strength to everyone. I am sure she is in peace now, looking over her family and friends.


Brooke always had the kindest and most positive attitude towards everyone and everything, regardless of life’s craziness. I wish her family and close friends lots and lots of love. Her heart was so huge and she inspired people everyday. Brooke was such an intelligent and wise soul as well and she had the cutest smile and laugh that was always contagious. I am so sorry for your loss, I worked with Brooke at Malibu Beach Camp during my two years I was there, she always had a smile and was always so fond of her campers. I also had done Model Congress with Brooke.  She always spoke eloquently and intelligently, and was constantly participating. The times where I had the opportunity to talk to her and chat with her were always a good time. Whether we were talking about our campers in between activities, or discussing bills to debate in Model Congress,  Brooke was always a ray of sunshine. Heaven gained a beautiful soul. 

i am so sorry for your loss.  when my step father and father passed, brooke was there for me more than anyone.  she was the brightest light and the world will forever be dimmer without her.  she always made sure that i was okay no matter what she was going through. heaven is lucky to have her.
