Theodore Hamilton left this world to live in his eternal home on Monday, September 5, 2016 at Infinity Hospice Care. Theodore was born January 7, 1930 to Clara and Theodore Hamilton, Sr. He resided in Henderson, NV. He was married to Sophia Hamilton, who proceeded him in death, for 46 years. Theodore attended the St. Louis Public Schools. He joined the military (Army) in 1946. He served 30 years, where he retired as a First Sargent (E-8). During his military career he fought in World War II, Korean Conflict, and the Vietnam War. After his retirement he spent some time in Montana where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He was also a member of Post 4 in Billings, Montana. Later he and Sophie re-located to Henderson, NV. Here he was a member of the Military Order of the Purple Hearts. Theodore served seven years as a great member. He participated in fund raisers to help sponsor needy veterans. During his time of membership the organization received the Proclamation of Purple Heart City. Theodore was proud to be a part of the Chapter 730 of Henderson/Boulder City Military Order of the Purple Heart. Theodore is survived by his three children: Deanna Patterson (Kenneth), Ronald Hamilton (Bertha), and Donna Green. He had one daughter who proceeded him in death, Pamela Hamilton. He has a total of fourteen grandchildren (one proceeded him in death), thirteen great-grands (one proceeded him in death), one sister-in-law, Tina Bennett, two nieces, Ramon Pool and Francis Nemmers, and a host nieces and nephews. Theodore lived an adventurous life motorcycle riding, boating, and camping. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends entertaining them with stories of his adventures.
