Carol Stewart, 76, of Henderson, entered into rest Sunday, June 19, 2016. She was born May 28, 1940, in Annabella, Utah. Carol was married to the love of her life, Albert Stewart, Dec. 20, 1974. She was owner of a dog grooming shop for many years in "Old Downtown Henderson." Carol had many passions, loving every little baby that she passed by, loving God and her church, she breeding and showing championship dogs and also enjoyed crocheting, drawing and playing Solitaire. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph Deloy Fairbanks, Roy Dean Fairbanks, Ace Wilford Fairbanks and Rex E. Fairbanks; son, Kyle Stewart; and grandsons, James Stewart and Jeffrey Stewart. She is survived by her children, Mary Marchele McCain (Clifford Kunkle), Scott (Elaine) Stewart, Denice (Kevin) Hamilton, Kenneth (Christina) Smith, Karla (Danny) Trueworthy and Heather Smith Stewart (Scott) Steele; daughter-in-law, Cindy Stewart; grandchildren, Tiffany Smith Haynes, Patrick Hamilton, James Christ, Nickol Smith, Samantha Emely, Tina Trueworthy, Laurie Busch, Charm Sullivan, Anthony Sullivan, Violet Sullivan, Carol Ann Bigandt Buzzard, Nicolas Stewart, Luke Stewart, Staci Stewart and Jessie Stewart; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Sunday, June 26, at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 27, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1002 Burkholder Blvd., Henderson, NV 89015.
