Robert Nathan Burd, Sr., age 81 of Sun City, California entered eternal life on Friday, November 16, 2012. He entered life Friday, October 30, 1931; he was the son of the late Frank Burd and the late Edith Clark Burd.
Bob retired from the South Pasadena Police Department after 17 years with the rank of Corporal. He was a resident of Sun City for 27 years and a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Sun City.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Wanda; son, Robert Burd, Jr.; daughters, Sheri Dixon and Cindy Allison; sister, Beverly Hamilton; 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren
