Born Saturday, January 10, 1925 in South Bend, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Hoffman and the late Pearl Brown Hoffman. She was the wife of Billy Smith Smith. They both riased two Daughters: Lynn Smith and Debra Snapp. Evenlyn was a member of Sun City United Methodist Church. She was al aoosiated with the following organizations: Gem of the Valley Arts Association, Childrens Home Society Association, and Alpha Iota Honorary Business Sorority.
Evelyn is Survived by her Beloved Husband Billy Gene Smith, Daughter Lynn Smith, and Debra Snapp, Son-in-Law Max Snapp, and her Loving Caregiver Joy Brennan.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, February 1, 2019, at Miller-Jones Sun City Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Road, Sun City, California .

Evelyn will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery, in Riverside California.
