She was born in Indiana on Thursday, March 15, 1956, she was the daughter of Richard McNeely and Lillian Welch McNeely. She was the wife of Isaiah Elmore.
Surviving are son, Isaiah Rogers-Elmore, daughters, Lark Rogers-Elmore and Noelle Rogers-Elmore.
