Ralph Lance

Services will begin with a Visitation beginning at 10:00 AM, followed by a Funeral at 11:30 AM, each being held at Central Assembly of God, Haughton, LA, with Rev. Ken Richmond and Rev. Jeff Gravis, presiding.

He married Gretchen Lindberg on September 15, 1962. After 26 years of military life they retired in Haughton, LA.

Ralph is survived by: his wife, of 57 years, Gretchen; his children: Buddy (Jenny) Lance, of Haughton, LA, , Jimmy (Versie) Lance, of Spring Hill, TN, Corey (Angie) Lance, of Haughton, LA; his grandchildren: Wyona Lance, of Shreveport, LA, Dalton Lance, of Doyline, LA; Aly Green, of Haughton, LA, Caleb Green, of Haughton, LA, Brandi (Porter) Lewis, of Cheyenne, WY; his great grands: Bricen Lewis, Cheyenne, WY, and Trinity Lewis, of Cheyenne, WY; his sisters: Eva Jensen, of Canyon City, CO., Joyce (Joel) Harvey, of Cleveland, TN; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Ralph is preceded in death by: infant son, Baby Lance; his parents, The Reverends Daisy & Ralph Lance; brother, Grady Lance; sisters: Mary Edith Daugherty and Carolyn Trosper.

Buddy loved the Lord, reading his Bible and Sunday school lessons. He loved his family, his kids, and his grand kids. He loved to Travel, the back roads of the United States. NO INTERSTATES. He loved reading history. And if anyone knew him, they knew he loved his B-52’s and talking “Military”.
