Norman J. Smith

A celebration of life service for Mr. Norman J. Smith, 86, will take place at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, with interment to follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 12:00 P.M. prior to the service.

Norman proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was a devoted Christian who loved being around friends and family, helping others, landscaping and carpentry.

Norman is preceded in death by his parents, Sylvain and Colastie Smith; his wife, Marlene Smith, and daughter, Robin Dennis. He is survived by his children, Mona Smith, Steve Smith, Greg Smith, Jon Smith, Cherryl Baker, Gene Gould, and Harry Gould; seventeen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Serving as pallbearers are Alex Corrente, Joseph Smith, Josh Chambers, Cody Moore, and Stephen Johnson. Honorary pallbearers are Greg Smith, Jon Smith, Steve Smith, Harry Gould, and Gene Gould.

In lieu of flowers, you may donate to the Wounded Warrior Project or Veterans of Foreign Wars.
