Lisa Joanne Anderson

Lisa graduated from Lanark High School in 1985 and received her Associates Degree for Certified Medical Assistant. She married Laun Dale Harris, Jr. on February 14, 2008.

Lisa worked as a Medical Assistant for Christus Health. Some of her passions were going on cruises, swimming, loving her dogs, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Lisa is survived by her husband of 14 years, Laun Harris, Jr.; her children, Sean (LuAnne), Ashley, Kelsey, Alexis, Jarrell, Destiny, and Nakiah; her grandchildren, Kyleigh, Jayde, Sean Jr., Devon, Samara, Anton Jr., Isaiah, Elijah, Kameliah, Rachel, Robert, Jakyiah, JaVontre’, JaQuariun, JaShaun, Ke’leigha, La’niah, Ka’miya, Ka’vayah, Elizianna, Asad, Naeemah, Winter, and Amir; her brother, James Burkitt, Jr.; brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Clarissa Harris; her mother, Crystal Getz (Karl); and her mother-in-law, Linda Moore. She was preceded in death by her father, James Burkitt, Sr.

A memorial service is being held for Lisa at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home.
