Jeffrey married Betty Anne Howell on December 6, 1975, and together they enjoyed 45 years of marriage. He worked for General Motors for 28 years and retired in 2012. Jeff was a member of Central Assembly of God in Haughton and had a passion for spreading the love of God. He loved his family and friends, helping his neighbors and anyone in need. He genuinely took the scripture, “Love thy neighbor as thy self” to heart and displayed it daily.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Betty; his mother, Sue Thurston and step-father Dan; his children, Chasta Marshall and husband Jared, Dara Glass and husband Jeff, and Aimee Sandifer and husband Darrell; grandchildren, Chance Back and wife Skylar, Will Back, Alex Marshall, Tatum Wilson, Kendall Wilson, Kayleigh Smiley, and Dalton Smiley; and his sister, Deana Blankenship and husband Glen.
