She was born in Shreveport of November 29, 1940. She graduated from Bossier High School in 1958. Frances was married to Marion M. Bartlett, Jr. on June 06, 1959 until his death in 2011. She retired from CDC. Frances was a life member of the Eastern Star. She loved her friends, flowers, and her little dog Trouble.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Marvin Ray and Wife, Judy of Waskom, TX; her daughter, Cynthia DeAun and husband, Rick Holland; son, David Wayne Bartlett, all of Elm Grove; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She was deeply respected and loved by all her friends and family and will be greatly missed. Frances chose to be remembered with a private family service. Her wishes are for each of us to celebrate her life with love and joy. “Though she be but little, she is fierce”
