Ms. Elsie Anne Roark of Staunton, VA, passed away at the age of 68 on September 24th leaving behind step-son, L. Woodson Roark of Berea, KY, her partner for 10 years, J. Peter Vance, along with his children and her “adopted” children, Jennifer V. Shinn and husband, Brian M. Shinn of West Point, VA and her two children, Matthew D. Crew and Daniel P. Vance; “Granny’s Little Man” and James D. Vance and wife, Amanda K. Vance of Richmond, VA.
Graveside service to be held at Woodbine Cemetery in Harrisonburg, VA on September 27th at 12 noon.
