Patrick John McKenna Sr.

Born August 21, 1944 in New York, NY; he was preceded in death by his father, John McKenna; mother, Irene (Kinnick) Smith; stepfather, John G. Smith; and brothers, William McKenna, Jimmy McKenna, John Smith and Timothy.

Surviving is his wife of 57 years, Geraldine E. McKenna; two sons, Michael McKenna (Christy) and Patrick J. McKenna Jr.; daughter, Virginia Wagner (Jerry); 10 grandchildren, Brandt Wagner, Timothy Wagner, Grant Wagner, Michele Wagner, McKenzie Wagner, Stacey Wagner, Ryan McKenna, Patrick McKenna III, Riley McKenna and Sage McKenna; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Dennis Smith (Mary); many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Lucky.

Patrick was a retired truck driver from Tyco and a retired sergeant from the US Army, with 23 years of service and a past member of the Paxtang Fire Co.

A visitation will be held Monday, February 13, 2023 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be at 12:30 PM Tuesday, February 14, 2023 in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. A visitation will be held 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, February 13, 2023 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. A Prayer Service will be at 7:30 PM Monday at the funeral home.
