Larry E. Cronin, age 65, of Hummelstown peacefully passed away into the arms of our Lord surrounded by his loved ones on Sunday, February 5th 2023 at UPMC Community Osteopathic. He was born on October 26, 1957 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to the late Larry J. Cronin and the late Patricia (Livengood) Cronin, Harr, House. He was a 1975 graduate of Annville-Cleona High School. His chosen profession was flooring installation and included carpet, vinyl, and custom tile work which he took great pride in. He was known to friends, family, and strangers who crossed his path as a generous man who was willing to give everything he had to bring joy to others. A lifetime outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and boating, Larry also dedicated 30+ years as a Susquehanna River Rat with his cottage on Bashore Island. He enjoyed going to yard sales, auctions, and flea markets looking for unique treasures, but often times buying gifts for others instead. A diehard Penn State and Dallas Cowboys fan, he was often seen wearing his teams apparel. He also could be found attending races and car shows with friends. Most of all, he enjoyed the company of his family and friends, and pet cats Macy and Katie. Survived by his beloved wife, Marlene M.
