Joseph Collier Bolton, Jr., 86, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022. Born August 7, 1936, in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son of the late J. Collier Bolton, MD, and Grace Nauss Bolton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, George V. Bolton, II.
Joe as a graduate of Camp Hill High School and Gettysburg College. He was the promotion director for WTPA-TV in Harrisburg, and a district manager for Pennsylvania Blue Shield in Philadelphia. In 1976, Joe moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he owned and operated the Frame Gallery until 2003.
Joe was a member of the Robert Burns Lodge, F&AM04644, and the Harrisburg Consistory A.A.S.R., in Pennsylvania, and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale.
He is survived by his partner, Sergey Kogan, of Fort Lauderdale.
A graveside service was held at Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill, PA.
