Mike Thomas

Oliver “Mike” Thomas, 74 passed away in Visalia, CA on Friday evening, December 4, 2015, after an extended illness. Mike was born on May 8, 1941, in Hanford, CA and he attended Lemoore High School and Fresno Pacific University. He also served in the military: the US Navy, the US Navy Reserve and the US Army Reserve.

Mike is survived by his wife Karen Anderson; son Michael (Shelley) and grandchildren Kiana and Carter of Arroyo Grande, CA; stepson Jay Dore (Patti) of Newark, CA and step-grandchildren Keith of New York City, NY and Kaitlin of Los Angeles, CA; brothers Anthony (Josie) and Darren (Kelleen), both of Hanford; sister Lorraine Batti of Corcoran; sister-in-law Roberta Thomas of Morro Bay; cousins Arlene Thomas of Lemoore, CA Gene (Shirley) of Turlock, CA Ken (Judy) of Lemoore, CA Dennis (Noi) of Bakersfield, CA and numerous family and friends.

Rosary Service & Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church; 10355 Hanford-Armona Road, Hanford, CA with US Army Funeral Military Honors.
