Deanna Lynn Dimes Council, age 56, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018. She was born in Haverhill, Massachusetts and was a resident of Hampton, Virginia.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Robert Errol Council, Jr.; daughter, Morgan Leigh Council; son, Douglas "Zak" Council; parents, Florence E. Davis and Douglas R. Dimes; sisters, Dagne Ellen Dimes Goodwin, Dierdre Marit Dimes Cooper, and Terry Vadeboncouer; and brothers, Douglas Partridge Dimes and Robert Vadeboncouer.

A celebration of Deanna's life will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
