She was born in Hopewell, VA. She was an honor graduate from Nansemond-Suffolk Academy and graduated from ODU. Cindy was a friendly, caring, loving, and giving person. She loved going to church, learning the bible, and watching Christian movies. During her final days, she liked watching Metv.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Keith; her sister, Sharon Upright; her Aunt, Frances Kelly; her Aunts, Lorraine Ashley, Anna Bangley,and Doris Byrd; and nephew, Justin Norris.
She's in heaven now. She appeared in a vision to her husband and to one of their neighbors, where she said" I'm okay". She will be greatly missed by many.
A memorial service for Cindy will be held at Victory Life Church, 1741 W. Queen Street, Hampton,Va at 11:00 AM on December 8, 2022.
