Wendy, I think of you very often. I miss working with you very much. You were so knowledgeable and helpful and your humour was  out of this World! You worked so hard to make things right for other people and your company, Bell.  We really had a lot of fun and changed so many things and made a huge dent in the criminal rings!  You were a true pioneer who made other peoples jobs so much easier. I could never thank you enough.  You felt like a sister and I will appreciate and remember you forever. 💜

I had the pleasure of working with Wendy at Bell Canada.  I will always remember Wendy for her wonderful sense of humor and cheerful personality.  She always had a positive attitude.  My deepest condolences to all of her family. May your memories give you strength and live in your hearts forever.

One of my favourite pictures is me as a baby sitting in my sleek blue vinyl and white satiny fringe stroller next to my very beautiful Mom with big sunglasses in the park near Dundurn in Hamilton in the summer.  How I must have changed her life at 21!  

Mom always told me that Michelle and I were the best thing that ever happened to her, and I can say the same about her affect on my life because she was the best Mom ever!  Mom told me that I could be anything I wanted to be on every occasion she could squeak in, and I owe her everything for making me what I am today.  

Heaven just got a whole brighter and a whole lot louder with laughter now that Mom is there.  Our loss, but I'm thankful that I had a big share of the generous person she was while she was here.

Wendy was my friend for over 40 years. We met in London at UWO. I was a student and our future husbands were engineering students. I valued her as a friend from the moment I met her. I write this with a heavy heart to express my condolences to you all at this difficult time. 
As you know, I worked closely with Wendy for a number of years ultimately sharing stories about ourselves, our families and our lives.
Jenny, your mom was very proud of you, was proud to have Paul as a son-in-law and extremely proud to have Marc and Matthew as grandsons. Sarah brought much joy and happiness to her grandma who looked forward to seeing her whenever she could.
Michelle, you know your mom was proud of you too and especially happy once you and Robert decided to become a family.
Tyler, your grandma was very proud of you as well and she really enjoyed the times when you would drop by and chat after school.
Beryl, you were Wendy's best friend and she cherished every moment she  spent with you. Year after year she looked forward to the trips you would take together and we would hear the details for weeks afterwards. The two of you had something special that many of us only wish we could have and no one can ever take that away from you.
I just wanted to make sure you knew that Wendy talked about you all, was proud of you and was one of the most amazing friends I have ever known. 
She will be missed (and fondly remembered) by many of us as well.

I remember Wendy as a fun loving girl during our days at Highview School . I had just moved to the school for grade 6 and Wendy really helped me with the adjustment to a new neighbourhood.She had me over to her house and proudly showed me the display of family photos that her dad took of the family. I'm glad to hear she was the same person as a grown woman that she was as a 12 year old.

I met Wendy when visiting my mother, Marie Phillips at St.  Peter's.  We spent many hours together, and I enjoyed our friendship and her sense of humour.  I used to bundle up my mother and sit outside with her, and Wendy always said that reminded her of the movie Weekend with Bernie, we would all laugh, including my mom.  After my mom passed away in August, I started to bring my dog, Mo Chroi, in for visits, and of course Wendy was one of her favourite friends.  We saw the pictures of her Goldens, and heard about her grandaughter.  I was very sad to hear about the loss of your mother, and the loss of our friend.
