It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Simone on June 27, 2023 at the age of 95.
She was born in Three Rivers, Quebec on December 16, 1927. Beloved wife of the late Raymond. Loving mother of Danny (Paula), Ron (the late Pam), Richard (Rose), Barbara Shields (Dale), the late Alan and Teri Foster (Ralph). Cherished nana and great-nana of many grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Raymond Gauthier (Claudette). Will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Service at Bayview Cemetery, Upper Chapel, 740 Spring Gardens Road, Burlington, on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 11am. Donations in Simone’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, CNIB or MS Society.
