Nora was a warm, loving, dedicated wife and mother. As a pillar of strength, she supported her family through their many passions and challenges. She will always be remembered for her strength, her never ending kindness and her beautiful smile. Nora worked as an elementary school teacher for 32 years and a personal support worker for 5 years. She loved nurturing children and was a passionate netball coach during her teaching years in Trinidad. She enjoyed nature, particularly swimming in the ocean. She enjoyed singing and dancing and was a member of the Bethel Tabernacle Senior Choir. Beloved wife of Harvey Lewis. Cherished mother of Keith, Michelle (Ray) and Leisel. Predeceased by her son Gary, her sister Jemma, her parents William and Gertrude, her aunts Nina and Elsie and her Uncle Charlie. Deeply missed by her grandchildren Yannick, Shanika, Raven, Annia and Cassandra. Lovingly remembered by her sisters Cynthia and Betty and her many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. A special thank you to the staff of Wentworth Heights for their exceptional care while she resided there. Due to current gathering restrictions, a private family service will be held at the Cresmount Funeral Home, on Thursday January 21st. Internment at Hamilton Heights Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated.
