Michael Ferrie

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his children. Finally reunited with the love of his life, our Mum Anne (2014). Cherished Dad to Linda Dunn, William, Barbara (Mike) Naylor, Michael (Karen), Alan (Lucy), and Patricia. Loving Papa to his grandchildren Jaclyn (Dave), Lauren (Ryan), Michael, Bryan (Kelly), Jessica, Spencer, Olivia, Rachel, Emily, Cristian, and Madison. Loving great-Papa to Kaylee, Thomas, Brooklyn, Brayden, London, and Everly. Michael was proud of his service in the RAF from April 17, 1951 - May 7, 1953. He was a lifetime member and past vice-president of the Veteran's Service League, and also a member of the British Imperial Club. Longtime member of the VSL Blues Cribbage Team. The family would like to thank Dr. J. Martini for her care and kindness, the LHIN, all of his PSWs, and the wonderful staff at St. Peter's Palliative Care. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Peter's Palliative Care would be appreciated.

In accordance with the regulations of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario due to COVID-19, all events are restricted to a specified number of attendees. Please RSVP in advance by calling 905-547-1121. All visitors are asked to remain in their vehicles until their allotted time. Visitors are also required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing. Friends and family are invited to the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday February 17th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Please follow the directions of the funeral home staff upon arrival.
