HAMMOND, Mary (nee Jerome) At the Juravinski Hospital after a long and courageous battle on June 17, 2012, in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Robert (1979) and son James (2010). Also predeceased by her mother Marjorie and father Jim Jerome and brothers, Jim and John and sisters Florence and Louise. She will be sadly missed by her son and daughter-in-law Frank and Sue and her daughter-in-law Luanne, brother Raymond Jerome, sister-in-law Elaine and granddaughter Terri Lynne and great-grandson Dominic and her best friend Frances Pastouvic. Survived by many loving nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Special thanks to Lynn and Bob McGillivray for all your help and support and to the wonderful nurses and staff of the Juravinski Hospital for their loving care. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, (322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton) on Tuesday, June 19th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, June 20th at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
