June Marjorie Collins

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of a much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother in her 93rd year. She will be forever missed by her daughters Lynn Trafford (Paul) and Wendy DiVito (Pino); her grandchildren Paula Binder, Pamela Trafford, Penny Vollick (Kyle), Lisa Pacheco and Debi Anderson and by her 12 great grandchildren. June will be laid to rest with her beloved late husband, William “Bill” (1977) at Mt. Hamilton Cemetery. June is survived by her sisters and best friends, Betty Haskin and Joan Horner and by several nieces and nephews in Niagara Falls. She is predeceased by her brother Lloyd and by her sister Virginia Eliasson. Mom enjoyed her 28 years at the Henderson Hospital and made many lasting friendships with her warm personality, style and charm. Her greatest joys in life were her daughters and her extended family. We would like to thank Westmount Retirement Home for their care of Mom and the Meadows Long Term Care Centre where mom was so well cared for with love and respect. The family will receive friends at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Thursday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with a reception to celebrate her life immediately following. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by her family.
