After a lengthy illness, John died at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at the age of 78. He leaves behind his wife Mira, son Nicholas, father-in-law Steve Sr., brother-in-law Steve (Doreen), nephew Adam (Ivona), niece Stefanie and his cousin Stephanie Lisak (Stef) and her family. The family wishes to thank Dr. O. Levine and the chemo staff at the Juravinski Hospital for their wonderful care.
Cremation has taken place and a visitation will take place at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 2-5 pm.
