shuffled off his mortal coil in the early hours of March 5th at the Juravinski
Hospital after a complex illness.
Greg was a Master Electrician for 40 years and owned a successful Electrical
Contracting business for 39 years. He was a kind and generous man with a quick
wit and irreverent sense of humour. He was in his 69th year. He leaves behind his
sister Patricia, with whom he lived for the past 30 years, and their fur babies Winston
and Violet-Mae, his sister Elizabeth (Donald Purser) and two adoring nieces Morgan
and Blair (Mike Manzato). "Uncle Greggie" to his great-nieces and nephews Logan,
Emma, Olive and Grayson. His Uncle Brian (Margi) and Aunt Mavis, and many-oh-so-many
cousins. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place in the chapel of
Truscott, Brown & Dwyer Funeral Chapel, 1309 King Street East (across from Gage Park) on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 1 p.m. with a wake immediately following at Elizabeth's 151 Delaware Avenue. Special
thanks to the many people at the Juravinski Hospital who were involved in his care.
