I would like to thank the family for posting so many wonderful pictures of Elizabeth Wilson from her days as a teacher at Holy Name of Jesus.  I was a student there from 1970 to 1979 and those pictures of her along with some of my other teachers and fellow students brought back a lot of wonderful memories for me.  She was a nice lady and a good teacher.  My deepest condolences.

My sincere sympathy to family and friends of Liz,
Liz, Mary and I shared the Theatre Aquarius experience for over twenty years. Theatre provided us with an avenue for sharing life experiences and friendship. 
Liz was always working on her house on Tuckett Street. In particular she took great care in painting the trim on her house. I think it was gingerbread trim. I admired the care she took in keeping her home looking so lovely. This was the same care she showed toward others and in particular to her family, friends and students.

Liz was my best friend.
 We shared all of our highs, lows and everything in between for over 48 years. We worked together, traveled together, laughed together and cried together.
Liz was strong and stubborn. She was also the kindest  and most compassionate woman I have ever  known. 
Liz had a loving heart that was bigger than she was.

Summers just will not be the same without dear Liz. Sharing stories, bbq's, lots of laughter. A beautiful lady inside and out. 
Moe and I spent the whole summer with her this past season.  Such a great lady.  Lots of memories we will cherish forever like going for breakfast at our favourite spot and chowing down on tacos. 
Will miss her forever.

Liz was like a true aunt to me. Always there with love and kindness. I knee if I needed anything she would be there without judgement. I'll miss her dearly.

Liz was our dear Sister in Law and friend. Bill and I had many a card game with Bob and Liz at the trailer, cottage and at home over the years. We carried on tradition with Liz after Bob passed away meeting yearly at the Beveridges on Boxing Day for dinner and euchre and we would have a toast to Bob every year. We will carry on tradition and we will toast Bob and Liz. I know that Tupperware container has a few quarters in it that you joyously won over the years.  Bill and Liz would shoot insults back and forth with every win. (all in good fun!) Liz was always present at Blackborow gatherings and was loved by the all the family. Bill and I will have fond memories of times we spent together.

We were deeply sadden to learn of Liz’s passing. She was our neighbor at Pioneer Point and a lovely person. Liz always had a smile for you when she saw you, or loved to share a glass of wine with us. We moved out of the park but kept in touch. Liz will be dearly  missed. Please accept our sincere condolences.

Mother of 2, mother-in-law to 1, Step-Mother of 2, and grandmother of 6....that's alot! We'll forever cherish the memories we made with her over the past 30+ years. Grandma Liz was proof that you don't need to be blood to be family. Forever wishing I spent more time with her these last few years.  ❤️  
Her ability to cut through so many trailer park lawns for a shortcut to the pool and lake was a funny testament to her ability to touch so many lives positively. 
My condolences to all of our family and her friends.

So sorry for your loss, Liz was a great friend and travel partner. We had many great laughs and fun on the cruises we went on together. She was an amazing lady and her sense of humour and laugh will be greatly missed, hugs to all💞
