Passed away peacefully at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Amy Joyce. He will be deeply missed by his children Karen (Jaak), Barb (Barry), Theresa (Richard) and Charles (Josephine). A loving grandfather to his eight grandchildren Ryan (Leanne), Kristen, Thomas (Roxanne), Rebeka (Andrew), Cagney, Melanie, Brieanne and Christian. Brother to Jack, George, Peter, Doris and the late Patricia. A special thanks to staff and volunteers at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their special care, kindness and support to our family. A funeral visitation in celebration of Charlies’ life will be held on Monday, July 14, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME – FENNELL CHAPEL (905-387-2111), 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton. The funeral service will take place at The Church of St. John the Evangelist, 320 Charlton Avenue West, Hamilton at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. Interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Hamilton. Memorial donations to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be welcomed by the family.
