Born in Scotland, Agnes passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, surrounded by her loving family, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, at the age of 95. Dearly loved wife of the late Donald (1990), and beloved mother of Christine and her husband George Watson, and Douglas and his wife Terri. Cherished Gran of Elaine Campbell (Peter Krajewski), Jennifer (Mike) Schlote, Laura (Jarrett) Adams, Andrea (John Paul) McDonald, and Geoff (Andrea) Morton. Cherished Great Gran of Graydon Campbell, Owen and Christian Schlote, Brennan and Carter Adams, Brooke and Elise McDonald, and Hannah Morton. All of the “wains” were the joy of her life. Her family will receive friends for a memorial service at the Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. E. on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 1 p.m. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the staff at St. Joseph’s and the Durand Residence for their support and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hamilton-Burlington SPCA would be much appreciated.
