William B. True, age 83 of Hamilton, passed away at Golden Years Nursing Center on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 9:48PM. He was born in Hamilton on September 3, 1931 to Ona and Hazel (Luman) True. He graduated from Western Hills High School and served in the US Air Force from 1950-1953. He attended Ohio State University. William was employed at Eastman Kodak as an Electro Mechanical Design Engineer, for 40 years, retiring in 1994. After retiring he went back to work for First Financial Bank as a night courier for 6 years. He was a charter member of Hamilton Church of God. He loved the Lord and his church family. On June 25, 1976 in Hamilton, he married Charlotte Calia.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Charlotte True; two step-children, Michael Lockhart and Melissa Lockhart-Ferguson; six grandchildren, Zach Lockhart, Justin Lockhart, Lewis Lockhart, Amanda Ferguson-Staat, Douglas Ferguson, and Eva Marie Lockhart; and one great-granddaughter, Kinley Lockhart. He was preceded in death by his parents; one step-son Jeff Lockhart; one brother Ronald L. True; and one sister Doris Gayle True.
