STACEY A BETTS, Age 49, of Liberty Township, OH, passed away Sunday October 2nd, 2022 at Hospice of Hamilton in Hamilton, OH surrounded by family and friends. Stacey was born in 1973 to George Frederick and Shirley Ann Salter in Ontario, Canada. She was educated at St. Luke’s in Downeyville, graduated from I.E. Weldon High School and later from Laurentian University in Sudbury, ON. She married Scott Betts on March 19, 2005 in Liberty Township, OH where they have made their home since. Stacey’s focus in life was their three children. She volunteered her time to help with school events as well as with her childrens’ Scouting pursuits in Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts. Stacey loved photography, always preferring to be behind the camera rather than in front of it. She captured so many moments in the life of her family over these years. She was also an avid reader, crafter and video gamer. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Scott; two sons, Alexander Betts and Carson Betts of Liberty Township, OH; one daughter Embry Betts of Liberty Township, OH; her parents, George and Shirley Salter of Lindsay, ON; one sister; Three nephews and numerous aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the Center Point Church; 5962 Hamilton-Mason Road, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. Funeral Services will be on Monday, October 10, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Center Point Church; 5962 Hamilton-Mason Road, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. Rev. Shawn Spradling officiating.
