April Lynn Tuttle, age 36, passed away on Wednesday February 12, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, Kentucky. She was born on June 26, 1977 in Bucyrus, Ohio, the daughter of Terry and Eileen. She is also survived by her children, Jacob Tuttle, Christopher and Gage O’Leary and two sisters, Allison Tuttle and Angela (Andre) McGary. Funeral Ceremony will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday February 19, 2014 with Pastor Rita Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 18, 2014 from 5:00 to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
