Anne Marie JoAnne Caesar

Anne Marie JoAnne Caesar, age 89 of Middletown, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Majestic Care of Middletown. She was born on December 1, 1932 in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of the late Henry and Maria (Peeters) Lamers.

Anne Marie had a heart of gold and a passion for bringing joy to others everywhere she went. She served her community as a teacher, hotel keeper, secretary, retail worker, restaurant hostess, and security guard. Her favorite pastimes were baking apple pies, cross stitch crafts, and spending time with family and friends.

Anne Marie is survived by her loving brothers, Gerhardt and Bernard Lamers; caregiver granddaughter, Laurinda Reifsteck, and her children, Brianna Reifsteck, Landon Reifsteck, and Winston Reifsteck; son, George Neumayr; additional grandchildren, Nanette Phillips, Jared Neumayr, Melissa Neumayr, and Rebecca Larimer; and additional great-grandchildren, Savannah Whorton, Derek Phillips, and Douglas Smith.

She was also preceded in death by her cherished husband, Charles Frederick Caesar, and her daughter, Anne Marie Sweeney.

A gathering for family and friends will be held from 1-2pm on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home in Hamilton, Ohio. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 2pm at the funeral home, led by her granddaughter and her husband, Pastors Nanette and Mason Phillips.
