Doreen and I really enjoyed our time with you guys in Geilenkirchen and I was really pleased to meet you both again when Steve was posted to DFAITC, I understand you guys had a great tour with DFAITC. Steve will be missed but he will always be in our memories.

I'd like to extend my deepest condolences to Angela, Kimberly, Kristen and family on Steven's unexpected passing.  He was a true gentleman and it was my pleasure to have served with him.  He will be truly missed.

My deepest condolences to Angela, Kimberly and Kristen. I first worked with Steve at Air Command HQ in Winnipeg and our paths continued to cross for the next 25 years.  A model, gentleman MP who was great to work with and could always be counted on to go the extra mile.  He is missed but will be remembered with fond memories forever.

During the later years of my career and now as a Public Servant, I make frequent trips to Halifax.  On many of these trips my day would be brightened when I ran into Steve at the Airport. We would spend a few minutes talking about mutual friends and acquantances and he would send me packing at the baggage point.  This was always a pleasure for me.  I willl miss these encounters as these few minutes spent with him always had a good effect on me. He had a giant of a smile and sence of humor that could escape no one. To all of his family, please accept our sincere condolences on such a tragic loss.  Steve will be missed, especially by this traveller.

I first met Steve many years ago on course at CFSIS; over the years our paths had crossed many times. Flo and I remember the smiling Steve always having a kind hello during our time in Halifax. Steve was such a positive believer that he could always make bleak times shine. It was a pleasure to have served with such a fine soldier. My sincere condolences to the entire family.  I never worked with Steve but we were work acquaintances for many years in Halifax and we were great defense partners.

I had the great pleasure of working with Steve at the airport. He was friendly, relaxed, a great storyteller, a world traveller, a proud serviceman and family man. My prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Our symapthies to Angela, Kimberley, Kristen  and the rest of the Zendran family during this sad time.  Steve and I did military police courses together and worked together at Air Command, Winnipeg and at the Halifax airport. Only a few weeks ago at the airport, Steve showed me how proud he was of his grandchild when he introduced me to the little bundle of joy.  Steve will be missed. We are deeply saddened by Stevens passing.He was our Shift Supervisor and most of all a friend.He will be truly missed by all of us who knew him at Robert Stanfield International Airport.

Time will never erase the fun memories I have of Steve. He truly loved his family, was proud of his service to our country and enjoyed life to its fullest. He was a terrific uncle to my girls, great brother-in-law (could never beat him at any card game!) and I will miss him terribly. May you RIP Steve.

I served with Steve for several years at CFB Petawawa and also remustred with Steve to the MP Branch. We travelled back and forth from Petawawa to Bordon on our MP course. Those trips were an adventure given they were on Steve's motorcycle with me hanging on the back for dear life!
Steve my friend you will be missed and my fond memories with you a treasure I will cherish forever.

During my tour as Colonel Commandant of the CF Security Branch, it was my pleasure to meet Steve on several occasions. To me, he typified the best of all the many members of the Canadian Forces that I had met over my 38 years of Regular Force Service. Competent, dedicated, and a pleasure to meet and to serve with; all these word typify MWO Zendran. He will be sorely missed by all those fortunate enough to have served with him, just as he will be by his family. 
RIP old friend.
