It is with great sadness that the family of Rose Marie Frances (Jackson) Tremblay announce her sudden passing at home on April 8, 2024. She was born in Halifax on August 28, 1960 and was a Fairview resident for most of her life.
She is survived by her sister Catherine Jackson (Peter Woolaver); brothers David, Stephen, Gregory and Leonard; daughter-in-law Angela Lloyd (Kaylin Bowman); and special granddaughter Marla Lloyd. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Caroline (Tobin) Jackson, son Marc Bernard Tremblay, and sister-in-law Kelly Jackson.
She will be greatly missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and her closest friends Carol Doyle, Ruth Doyle, Colleen Lane, Ida Fitzpatrick, Carolyn Blumsum, and Janice Lloyd.
Cremation has already occurred. The funeral mass will be held on April 23, 2024 at 12:15 pm at Saint Benedict Church, 45 Radcliffe Drive, Halifax. A reception will be held in the church hall after the mass. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Family flowers only.
