Paul Peter Abraham

Abraham, Paul Peter 91 Halifax passed away July 20, 2011 I the QEII Health Sciences Center, Abbey Lane site. Born in Halifax, He was a son of the late John and Rosalie Abraham. Paul was a veteran of WWII, owner of Hi-Cap Beverages Maritimes, a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed cooking Sunday dinners for his family and extended family a tradition he maintained up until his death. Paul was held in loving regard by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who all could count on him for unconditional love and support at anytime. Surviving is his wife of 59 years the former Louise Gosine, sons William (Dolores); Fort McMurray, AB, Edward (Sarah); Saint John , NB ,Paul( Anne Marie); Abu Dhabi; Kenneth (Susan) Tampa ,Fl. ; daughters Rosalie (Bruce) Organ, Halifax, Marta (Richard Withington) Abraham, AB; 14 grand children, and 3 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by Brothers Wilfred and Frank and Sister Margaret. No visitation by request. Funeral service will be held 2pm Monday July 25, 2011 in Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta Church, the corner of Robie St. and Normandy Dr. Halifax .In lieu of flowers. Donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and stroke foundation.
