She was the wife of the late Earle Bedford Ross.
Elsie is survived by her son Neil (Geraldine) and daughter Kim (Stephen); 5 grandchildren: Brianne, Kelly, Jeremy, Corey and Jonathan; 8 great-grandchildren: Reilly, Ellie, Tatum, Cobain, Samantha, Quin, Ora and Effie; sister Thyra (Ty) Evans and brother John Jensen. Elsie will be sadly missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 20 from 2-5 pm at Cruikshank's Halifax Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor Street, Halifax.
Memorial service will take place on Thursday, December 22 at 2 pm from Fort Massey United Church with Rev. Trent Cleveland-Thompson officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Saint John, NB.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
