Born and raised in New York, NY, Mrs. Berger lived in Englewood for 40 years before moving to Fort Lee for 6 years. She was a member of the Women’s American ORT and Hadassah

Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Berger for 59 years, loving mother of Wendy Berger and her husband Mitchell Schneider of Montvale, NJ, devoted grandmother of Charlie and Zachary Schneider, cherished sister of Bernard Ruthberg and his wife Sandra of Boynton Beach, FL, and sister-in-law of Leatrice Martin and her husband Stanley of Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Funeral services were on Tuesday October 8th at Gutterman-Musicant Jewish Funeral Directors, 402 Park St, Hackensack, NJ 07601.

Interment at Cedar Park Cemetery in Paramus, NJ.

Donations in Mrs. Berger’s name may be made to the Women’s American ORT or The Jewish Home at Rockleigh.
