Robert Douglas Soules

Passed away peacefully, with his wife and two daughters by his side, at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on Sunday, March 6, 2022. Bob Soules in his 78th year, was the beloved husband of Aileen (Latendre) Soules. He was the loving father of Annemarie and Cyrena and her partner Char. Bob was the proud grandfather of Danielle, Brandon, Colten, Jordan and Erik and great-grandfather of Owen, Abi, Jayden and Gracie, Jamie and Xander. He was one of fourteen children and is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bob taught the Paramedic and P.S.W. programs at Conestoga College and had a real passion for horses.

Private cremation has taken place. The family will receive their friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Bob’s Life to be held in the Hart Chapel on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 11 a.m. No registration is required, but please continue to social distance and wear a mask.
