Small, Marie Jane (nee Smart)-- Peacefully with her family by her side at the Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, August 25, 2011 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Norman (2002). Loving mother of Susan (Don), David (Alba) and Christopher. Devoted grammy of Brandon and Ethan. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.Predeceased by her siblings James (1999) and Margaret (2011). Marie was a long term member of the Church of Our Lady CWL. She was a passionate bridge player and will be missed dearly by the girls of "The Infamous Bridge Club". A special thank you goes out to the nurses of 4 East at the Guelph General Hospital for their care and compassion. Our sincerest gratitude to Fr. Noon for his many visits to the hospital and for his many prayers. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph, on Sunday, August 28, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Family Vigil will take place in our chapel on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Church of Our Lady Immaculate, 28 Norfolk Street, Guelph on Monday, August 29, 2011 at 12 noon. Interment at Our Lady Immaculate Mausoleum, Marymount Cemetery.
