Norma Jean Ayers

On Friday, September 23, 2022 Norma Jean Ayers, loving wife and mother of four children, passed away at the age of 91. Norma was delighted to be surrounded by her loving children, Carolyn (James) Cline, Paul (Judy) Ayers, Steve (Barbara), and Mark (Carol) Ayers; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Hilton Doyle Ayers; parents, Arthur and Pearl (Clickenger) Simcox; siblings, Homer, Charlotte, and Arthur; several nieces and nephews. Norma worked as a Legal Secretary and devoted her time to family. She enjoyed going camping, watching NASCAR, travelling, tending to her red roses, listening to music, dancing, and living her life to the fullest. She was a Christian woman and believed that no matter what, heartbreak and sadness in life, God wants us to live our lives. Visitation will be held 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd., (HOOVER RD AT KINGSTON AVE), Grove City where funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
