She worked for the city of Livonia for over 25 years before her retirement. She volunteered at the Children’s Home of Detroit as well as the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
Mary was an avid golfer who taught many of her grandchildren to play, as well as a fervent bridge player. She was an avid traveler of the world; among some of her favorite destinations were New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Niagara on The Lake in Canada. She also was a keen enthusiast of the fine and performing arts.
She is survived by her two children, Christopher Sirosky (Lisa) and Kristin Losinski (Greg); seven grandchildren, Michael (Alex), Allison (Jake), Dylan (Cedric), Patrick, Kyle, Stephen and Conner. One great-grandchild, Declan; as well as three sisters and two brothers also survive her.
Aside from her parents, her late husband, Dr. Paul Rizzo, precedes Mary in death.
